Among the many treatments for Wimbledonians recently have been anxiety reduction for a mum with some past work difficulties.

Faced with a new group of colleagues, how do you manage when one seems to sideline you at first and for no apparent reason then begins to character assassinate you?

She dealt with this by speaking her mind and then finding a new post. She approached me to help after realising that her forward focus onto her 'start day' for this new post seemed to carry an undue amount of anxiety - it was clear that her experience at her previous job has scarred her emotionally.

Our mission was to put these old memories, and so with them the anxiety, to rest. 7 sessions later that's exactly what she managed to achieve (and some memory of childhood bullying too).
