Overall, I'd say things have improved. I feel less anxious in the build up and the upsurge of panic seems more in control before I present.

I have kept up the good practices you taught me, pay more visits to my sanctuary and remember my magic moments on a more regular basis.

I have stayed off the caffeine after your advice, which was particularly tricky when on holiday in Italy. It took me a while to find out how to order it.

The relaxation recording was very helpful during the holidays on my ipod and I chuckled every time when Mika's 'Relax, Take it Easy' tune followed on from you counting me out from a trance.

I now use that tune to lift my spirits and remind me of laying totally serene in a warm sunlit room.

I have a presentation this week and will watch that storyboard I drew in its filmic form on screen beforehand.
