We will spend some time looking at some simple examples to help you understand how and why hypnotherapy works alongside exploring what the actual hypnosis state feels like and what you can expect. 


I will tailor an individual approach to the issue and deliver the therapy based on our negotiated goals, modifying the therapy according to our progress. We will then work through a number of relaxation exercises and begin hypnotherapy.
