"I used self hypnosis for two years when I was studying and working full-time. I had about 10 plates spinning at any one time and very little time for myself. I squeezed this practice in on the overground from Acton to Islington on my regular commute. Plugged in my iPod with some relaxing background music, blocked out the other commuters. It worked like a dream. I needed to be pretty persistent with daily practice of about 20 minutes, since then I'm able to eat wheat flour again without running to loo with stomach cramps. I think this saved me from lots of unpleasant drugs or medical investigations.
I recommend you try it before you try medicines. Always get the symptoms checked first by a medical doctor to be safe before you try."

The evidence mounts for hypno and IBS. Funny, the press overlook the inherent downregulation of the nervous system which is really the key to hypnos power!
