Three tips to help with Bulimia
- Make a list of ‘binge foods’; never keep them in the house and avoid the supermarket isles where they are for sale
- Eat six small meals a day, make sure they all contain some protein – DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO GET OVERLY HUNGRY
- Allow yourself to experience gently ‘full’ sensations; keep a time record of how long the sensation lasts, notice how quite quickly the sensation of ‘full’ passes.
