I'm doing well - in terms of making myself sick, no incidences since leaving the UK unless you count from food poisoning (which I don't).
My thoughts around food also feel more relaxed but I do still find myself over-thinking what I’m choosing/eating a little bit & sticking to a few rules, it isn't stressing me out very often at all though which is good considering I've had to eat out for pretty much every meal.
Nearly every meal has also been in the company of others so it puts the pressure on a bit to keep calm and not seem like a weirdo!
I've used magic moments a bit and listened to the recording a few times too, using the techniques a little to try and have patience with my boyfriend and also be more confident. Oh and preparing to have patience with my mum!!
I think everything is definitely better - although I have had a few spontaneous moments where I've had to really fight to hold back tears when thinking about the last year and especially thinking about getting home and seeing my parents. And feel like I am putting the last year into a bit of perspective which is also good.
